We provide a 6-year workmanship warranty on all our work. All materials and products are covered by full manufacturers’ warranties but we provide a minimum 12 month guarantee on materials and products. We will take up any complaint relating to materials or products with the manufacturer on your behalf.    Any defect arising from faulty installation or repair work, within the warranty/guarantee periods, will be treated as a priority and will be put right at no extra cost to you. Excludes consumable items such as light bulbs and lighting transformers.Our work is inspected annually by NICEIC to maintain our Part P Approved Contractor status and the NICEIC Platinum Promise means all of our work is guaranteed by NICEIC for 6 years.
